BIZEXPO refers the contact details of proposed buyers received to the relevant Bizexpo Broker Group Member for qualifying/finalizing/concluding a deal.  

 

AGREEMENT

The parties agree to abide to the following:

Signing of an "Income Based Commission Agreement" prior to commencement.​

​

Payment of a six-month membership fee of R 1 500.00 (One thousand five hundred rand) on date of signature and thereafter a half yearly fee of R 1 500.00 (One thousand Five hundred rend) payable on the same date in Bizexpo nominated bank account to ensure ongoing membership.

 

Payment of 30% (Thirty) Commission calculated on the brokers commission received in the nominated bank account of BIZEXPO strictly on the effective date of each transaction, where Bizexpo has referred a successful buyer.

Bizexpo Broker Group members should inform Bizexpo timeously when a listed business is sold/withdrawn enabling Bizexpo to remove the listing/s from the website/s as soon as possible.
