Terms & Conditions

Agreement Process

• Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to discuss further details.

• By mutual agreement, we will provide you with our agency operating agreement.

• Once the signed agreement is returned, we will issue an invoice for R 12,500.00 (Twelve thousand five hundred rand), representing a 50% deposit.

• After payment is received, the Small Biz Save Squad tools will be delivered to you.

Payment Terms

• The balance of the sales price will be paid in ten equal installments of R 1,250.00 (One thousand two hundred and fifty rand).

• Installments will commence from the beginning of the fourth month and must be paid into the bank account of H J Burmeister, as specified in the agency agreement.

Disclaimer

• H J Burmeister and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss or harm—direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise—arising from the use of the Biz Save Squad tools.

Acceptance

• By submitting your request, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
