What We Expect from Referral Agents

Referral Agents play a vital role in expanding Bizexpo network.

 

Your responsibility is to:

​

Referrals

  • Identify and refer the business seller's info to per WhatsApp or Email Bizexpo as follows:

  • Type of business, Seller’s name, contact number and Town situated

 

Listing

  • Identify and list businesses for sale virtually or physically at the business premises. 

  • To send the business listing form with photos per WhatsApp or Email so that listings are added to the BizExpo website promptly​

Commission Agreement

​

Referral Agents earn commission as follows:  

​

  • ​10% commission based on the brokers commission with a maximum R 10 000.00 (Ten thousand rand) for WhatsApp/ Email referrals received.

  • 20% Commission calculated on broker’s commission with a maximum of R 20 000.00 (Twenty thousand rand) for a virtual completed and signed business listing forms with photos received.

  • Agents ​Commission will be payable when the business is sold by Bizexpo and when the brokers commission has been received.

 

Commission structures are subject to change with one calendar month notice
