What We Expect from Agents

Your responsibility is to:

Referrals

• Identify and refer the business seller's info to per WhatsApp or Email Bizexpo as follows:

• Type of business, Seller’s name, contact number and Town situated

 

Listing

• Identify and list businesses for sale virtually or physically at the business premises. 

• To send the business listing form with photos per WhatsApp or Email so that listings are added to the BizExpo website promptly​

Commission Agreement

​

Referral Agents earn commission as follows:  

​

• For each business for sale referred buyer who completes a purchase or transaction with Company, Referrer shall be entitled to a referral fee of [10% of the brokers commission (Max R15K) for a WhatsApp/Email with the Sellers name, Cell number, Kind of business and Town situated referral received.

• For each business for sale referred buyer who completes a purchase or transaction with Company, Referrer shall be entitled to a referral fee of [20% of the brokers commission (Max R30K) for virtual/physical completed listing form with at least 8 photos received.

• Payment will be made within strictly on the effective date on receipt of the broker’s commission by the company.
