COMMISSION AGREEMENT

 

The parties agree to abide to the following agreement:

​

Payment of 30% (Thirty) calculated on the brokers commission received by the associate broker payable strictly on the effective date of each transaction, where Bizexpo has referred a buyer for a business of an associate listed on the Bizexpo and Bizexpo 24 websites.

 

The Associate broker should inform Bizexpo timeously when the business is sold enabling Bizexpo to remove the listing on the websites.
