I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that I am duly authorised and that I am the lawful owner of the business and that I have a mandate to fill in this form of appointment and that the information supplied is to the best of my knowledge true and correct.
I undertake to pay the business valuation fee on receipt of invoice prior to delivery of the valuation report and the industry 10% commission calculated on the net asking price minimum (R 20 000.00 Twenty thousand rand) to Bizexpo upon introducing a person who is ready and willing to purchase and enter into a contract for the selling price of my business opportunity for sale or any variation I may accept.
I undertake to send at least 8-10 photos reflecting my home biz best to Bizexpo to be utilized for promotion purposes to expose my business opportunity on the Bizexpo website www.bizexpo.co.za to attract prospective buyers
