A business broker deal-flow assistant helps business brokers manage administrative tasks, organize client documents, and coordinate the buying and selling of companies.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Help compile Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial summaries, and marketing materials for businesses listed for sale.

• Client Coordination: Manage communication with buyers and sellers, schedule meetings, and field initial inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality. 

• Data Management: Maintain databases of active buyers, track leads, update CRM systems, and organize due diligence files. 

• Marketing Support: Post blind listings on business-for-sale marketplaces and assist with outreach efforts. 

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills to handle several transactions at once.

• Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports.

• Discretion: High level of professionalism and confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate data.

• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regional networks and platforms.

​Agreement 

​​

Signing of a Boker Assistant "Income Based Commission Agreement" prior to commencement.​

 

​20% (Minimum R 2 000.00 Maximum R 15 000.00} Commission calculated on broker’s commission for a business for sale listing received for a Bizexpo virtually or physically listed at the business premises with a business listing form signed by the seller with at least 8 /10 photos received

 

20% (Minimum R 2 000.00 Maximum R 15 000.00} Commission calculated on broker’s commission for finalizing a deal with a buyer referred by Bizexpo and getting and forwarding all necessary information to Bizexpo to complete a draft the sales agreement for presenting and getting the sales agreement signed by both parties.
