The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which BIZEXPO will introduce potential buyers in exchange for referral compensation.

 

The ultimate aim is for Bizexpo to find business buyers client's and to WhatsApp/Email the Sellers name, Cell number, Kind of business and Town situated.

​​Service level undertaking by Bizexpo:

 

BIZEXPO agrees to use reasonable efforts to refer potential buyers to active BIZEXPO BROKER and BIZEXPO shall provide the name, contact information and the business for sale details of each responding buyer to the relevant BIZEXPO BROKER

 

​Commission Agreement

​

Signing of a Bizexpo Broker Alliance Agreement prior to commencement.

​

For each referred buyer who completes a purchase with the BIZEXPO ALLIANCE BROKER - BIZEXPO shall be entitled to a referral fee of [30% of the gross Brokers commission.

​

​The affiliate Broker will pay commission due strictly on receipt of the broker’s commission.​
