  • Develop marketing campaigns to reach potential business buyers and sellers.
  • Use digital channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) and traditional methods (networking events, print ads, referrals).

  • Target entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners considering acquisition or exit.

 

Qualify Leads

  • Screen inquiries to ensure they meet basic criteria (financial capability, seriousness, industry fit).

  • Gather preliminary information before referring them to the brokerage.

 

Educate and Inform

  • Provide general information about the selling process.

  • Explain the value of working with a brokerage (confidentiality, negotiation expertise, valuation accuracy).

Commission Agreement

Marketers can earn commission as follows:  

  • (10%) of the brokers commission (Max R10K) for a WhatsApp/Email with the Sellers name, Cell number, Kind of business and Town situated referral received.

  • (20%) of the brokers commission (Max R20K) for a virtual/physical completed business listing form with at least 8 photos received.

 

The company will pay the agents commission strictly on the effective date upon receipt of the broker’s commission.
