​Commission Agreement

​

Agents can earn commission as follows:  

​

• (10%) of the brokers commission (Max R10K) for a WhatsApp/Email with the Sellers name, Cell number, Kind of business and Town situated referral received.

• (20%) of the brokers commission (Max R20K) for a virtual/physical completed business listing form with at least 8 photos received.

• (5%) Extra commission (Max R5K) for a business listing form with photos and a signed six-month Sole Mandate Agreement received.

 

The company will pay the agents commission strictly on the effective date upon receipt of the broker’s commission.​

​​Commission structures are subject to change with one calendar month notice
