​Agreement 

​​

Signing of a Boker "Income Based Commission Agreement" prior to commencement.​

​

To ensure ongoing support a membership fee of R 550.00 (Five hundred and fifty rand) will be payable on date of signature of the agreement and thereafter quarterly on the first business day in the in the nominated bank of Bizexpo business brokers.

​

30% (Thirty) Commission calculated on the gross brokers commission received payable in the nominated bank account of BIZEXPO strictly on the effective date of each transaction, where Bizexpo has referred a successful buyer.

​

Brokers should inform Bizexpo as soon as possible to remove relevant listing/s timeously when a listed business is sold/withdrawn.​
