Hennie Burmeister the founder and owner of the business understand and assist in the process of transferring businesses from willing sellers to willing buyers for many years.

 

We pride ourselves on honest and professionalism and over the past years we have been instrumental in providing excellence service to business business buyers and sellers.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM AGENTS

To find and to refer businesses for sale to bizexpo per WhatsApp or email.

 

To list businesses for sale virtually or physically at the business premises on request of Bizexpo and to return the signed listing form with at least 8 photos for 24/7 website exposure as soon as possible.

 

To find and refer buyers for existing businesses for sale listed on Bizexpo website per WhatsApp or email to Bizexpo and to introduce buyers to sellers at the business premises on request of Bizexpo.

 

SERVICE UNDERTAKING

 

Online Training will be provided from time to time.

 

Stationery will be provided by Bizexpo and shall remain the property of the company.

The earning potential of a business marketer is entirely dependent on the person, his/her hard work and enthusiasm.

Our team has many years of business broking experience to assist you.

 

COMMISSION AGREEMENT

 

You will earn commission as follows and the commission shall become due and payable only when brokers commission has been received by Bizexpo.

 

20% Commission calculated on broker’s commission for a business for sale marketed by the agent or referred by bizexpo for a business listed physically at the business premises with at least 8 /10 photos reflecting the business best for website exposure received.

  

10% Commission calculated on broker’s commission for a Business Buyer for a business for sale listed on the Bizexpo Website referral with the buyers name and cell number referral received per WhatsApp or Email. 

 

10% Commission calculated on broker’s commission for a business buyer referred by Bizexpo to an affiliate to physically introduce the buyer at the business premises to a seller of a business listed on the Bizexpo Website. Plus 10% payable if the affiliate also assist to negotiate the deal and to get the sales agreement signed by both parties

 

Please note: Commission structures for bizexpo agent are subject to change with one calendar months’ notice.
